We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after delivery to request a return. Tosh`E Boutique do not offer refunds, but a store credit would be given towards any future purchases once item(s) is received and inspected. Store credit is issued quickly once your return is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start your return, email us and we’ll send your return instructions within 24 business hours. Items to be returned will be the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a store credit for the item(s) sent back minus shipping cost.
Return To Sender or Order Not Delivered
If the event that you order happens to be returned to us as undelivered, there will be a restocking fee of 20% deducted from your credit refund.
